a small insolvent company along with other small companies doing a site visit in search of opportunities and BILLION DOLLARS COMPANIES doing site visits who have no incentive to do a SITE VISIT, if they weren't being paid for their time and services.

Site visit and design layout (not being done for free) with SC-Solar and Autowell team this January, field design for 1.2GW Solar and 3GW Battery capacity (I am sure they are expecting to get paid for this service if they haven't been already). USA made and assembled product with State support and job creation.
