Aqua, look at the share price when the Pre14 was filed. When these types of recap are filed(consolidation)..there is either a set number or range. There is no possibility to use a "set" number here.... so instead set a range that leaves no doubt as to their intention to list. It's easier to read and simple math. You can not just reverse split into a listing and I am so sick and tired of these bull shit OTC quoted securities using "up list" language like they are actually serious about it.

If they consolidated today...the market cap alone would still not let them proceed. It's three times lower than the minimal :)

So guess what is going to happen :) And so it goes......
