Ya left out this stuff... PDGO is run by a gang of cons. The "new" control person Paul Rachmuth has been involved with Paul Strickland and PDGO for years. They have dumped several billion shares of the 20 billion OS already, and likely another 500 million yesterday. The "accountant" here David Dreslin has an SEC judgement against him from a fraud suit. These guys are all about dumping has much stock as they can.
