A few thoughts. Pretty sure it's his wife or sister if not wife but guessing wife.

How do you know she still works for Pfizer? Even if she did, I wouldn't care. Would be a plus if anything. Interesting part is moving the shares now. Also likely to avoid taxes. End of the year, cleaning up loose ends.

Her role is in pharmacovigilance . So likely assisting in all the trials. Obviously well experienced since that is/was her role at Pfizer.

This board has a new medical condition that could be explored. Message board munchausen syndrome. The stock was .03 .02 and was worth more then that just for their accrued tax loss. And it was profitable and making one of the most in demand, popular drugs on earth.

Now all the fruits of all the trials and efforts are coming to bear fruit and it's a tree with lots of branches and fruit in different stages. Coming together at once.

Been held hostage for so long you still feel like you are. But it's critical mass, power of nine zeros.
