Putting a certificate number on a naked short is like putting a social security number on a ghost.

I agree its is a fabricated cert with no serial number but I'm saying certificates are still loaned out just after the reverse split at this point they are locked by the broker for buying and selling but not for loaning out that's why they should have already been closed before that period after that i call it money laundering
