Appreciated Walter! Very much looking forward to many of the DOTS connecting. Not A Lot left to do on my list.
a) FINAL EARLY 2024 F.S. with all the "NEW" goodies ($$$Calculated) & Capex/Opex/NPV
b) Major Anchor Investor (Could Be Stellantis) or other enties as well. (Neo Performance could announce a new U.S. magnet factory? Wonder where they would get REE's from "IF" they do so....)

c) OFF TAKE AGREEMENTS- (Last 25% of Niobium production has yet to be placed under contract since 2020.)
***NOTE: In 2020 a major U.S. STEEL producer was rumored to be interested. Nippon Steel just bought out U.S. Steel & a Japanese News Station just did a report at the site.... "Interesting".
d) OFF TAKE AGREEMENTS for all the NEW Goodies! (Could the DoD be interested? along with other entites.... given what just passed in the NDAA 2024?)

in 2024 we will see Stellantis offtake and strategic investments ( partly not dilutive) ; A mindblowing FS ,Exim financing , Titanium offtakes , scandium lingots offtakes , news from the UK subsidiary , warrant exercising , and we will meet at the groundbreaking ceremony.
