If they announce the buyback (which I think they must do first before doing it; no one is going to sell for that price). So their price will IMO go up at least 400 to 500 percent higher from our current levels.

If the company is trying to distract shareholders and have no plan for a buyback; even though they stated it for the ability to sell more CD's than they would be in deep do do because their verbage is already out their and they are accountable.

That leads me to believe they are on the up and up. Although I am still skeptical of a stock that should be on the Nasdaq trading at such levels.

If the company is on the up and up and we go Nasdaq, there will be more millionaires/multimillionaires on this one stock alone than you can count on your fingers.
