There are hundreds and hundreds of OTC scams on-going at the same time. An SEC investigator once told me that they go after the "low hanging fruit", the scams that make no attempt to hide their fraud, and the violations are easily documented. They also go after the ones that "cause the most damage to the investing public". In other words, the scams that steal the most money.

I would think STAL would be in the first category for sure.....their lies are easily provably false. As for the amount scammed.....a few million bucks is not that much compared to some of the more successful ones. But maybe with the conversions and dumping to come.....the dollars ripped off will start mounting up?
