I’m not sure what that has to do with the CEO of a company having his LinkedIn profile show his current company and not an old one that’s out of business? You have to know that potential investors or buyout candidates will scower his LinkedIn, Facebook post history, etc. If you're detail oriented you’ll take 5 minutes to update your page.
