well since chores are now taking twice as long and it's been colder than a witch's tit in a brass bra
took some chicken thighs and slow simmered them then deboned them cut up the meat and tossed in a big pot with some of the chicken stock
to make sure the chicken was cooked right, ate one of the thighs......*halo*
chopped up some carrot and celery and it's slowly getting tender simmering in chicken stock and and butter put some small shell noodles on and they just went off...
ok, tossed those in with the chicken once the veggies are tossed in, add some more stock as needed and some black pepper and some cornstarch and it's done...... some of the best meals are done simply, just like over a campfire
when it's done should be more of a chicken stew than a soup.... will be good with some fresh made biscuits
