Maybe he’s busy running his company. Doesn’t look like he’s spending money on salaries during this phase of the business. It’s smart of him and it shows that he cares about the shareholders. It’s very expensive to do filings just in attorney and accounting plus filing fees.
Honestly it’s amazing the company still exists. Most people would have given up by now. He raised hard money and definitely paid the price. I for one am very grateful on how he’s running the company. Good bad or indifferent Joe needs to be commended for the job he’s done to get to where he’s at.
