LT was robbed. I believe Steve is the bad guy for sure. LT inadvertantly signed his beloved technology to the company when he was part of the company. Steve fired LT but kept the rights to the patent of the technology and then sold the patent. Right when this happened, there was an announcement in many publications on 11/01/2021, by a company in Sunny Ilses Beach,FL, Elektros, INC.(OTC:ELEK), "Elektos, Inc. secures patent pending for revolutionary battery charging technology" That is my theory. LT was robbed.
