Those came from the Reg A offering. Most of those shares were sold during the last pop IMO.

The last few million were sold @ $.00064, don't think those holders will be selling $.0003/$.0004, JMO

The Reg A offering probably maxed out at this point. What to watch for is another amendment to the offering. If we don't see one anytime soon, we should be in good shape moving forward, JMO
