Someone has to sell in order to buy and vice versa, so the argument of whether trades are buys or sells is a moot one. What is apparent is that SUPPLY and DEMAND for shares appears to be fairly balanced over the past few weeks. It would be interesting to know where the sell side shares are coming from...

Dilution into the market directly from the company? No. There have been no filings to document such and we have been told outright by a trusted (by me at least) source that this is not happening.

The company selling shares/trading them for deals or services from other companies that are selling? It is a possibility, but I would expect any company that is involved in a business venture with Strat would have information which would cause them to see the shares as more valuable than the current market price...and therefore not be selling. I would also expect any shares of this type to be restricted for some period of time, although not necessarily. Perhaps an old business associate with restricted shares has been selling? Of this I don't know.

Illegal counterfeiting of shares, (otherwise known as "naked shorting")? I believe this to be a valid possibility, much to the consternation of some and outright denial of others. I know what Velvet has told us in regards to that situation being almost resolved, but I am not at all quick to trust information coming from CEDE, SEC and/or DTCC. To me that is the equivalent of asking a group of foxes outside the henhouse if they would go in and make sure the hens are ok.

Other than the above, I'm not educated enough to take this any further.

Aloha
