$CARV @ $1.70s: Offer on table for $3.25 buyout by insiders about to be raised AGAIN to $4.25. This may be best free money deal in entire market. My advice is to load up. Do NOT discount the possibility of another OUTSIDE another hostile offer even higher than $4.25.
