The problems of filling capacity may be alleviated somewhat when interest rates
start coming down...Bio's need cheap loans to enter into costly drug trials and drug
processing....BUT, I have long felt that we need an outsider with a large position to
to take a seat on the board and shake things up....listening to some of these CC's
with Nick and the gang makes we wonder if there isn't an enthusiasm gap virus spreading
thru the BOD.................they sound funerial at best....anyway, the 6's are better than
the 4's...................GLTA..........
