Who knows what Randy Marion is doing but from the beginning it has seemed very odd.

A dealership normally has a Floorplan where a lender pays the car manufacturer for the vehicles that are delivered.

Manufacturers don't like to play
banker with hundred of dealerships because most have a financial arm such as Ford Motor Credit.

Why are you pumping this garbage when you have been wiped out.
