The Market cap is absolutely ridiculous. Does an RS impact the Market cap? No it does not.

The point is - reverse split is happening due to the huge drop in price (under .01 for 5 consecutive days of a nasdaq stock). This erodes confidence. Not only that but this chinese company is diluting a completely unknown amount of shares to fund it's operations and with a downward trending stock, the dilution is turning into a death spiral. The company no longer will have enough shares available to dilute due to the amount they have agreed to in future warrants and funding agreements. Your calculation of the current market cap has zero value or confidence in being correct due to what will continue to happen with dilution.
