26.6 million? 1.6 million present restricted Plus 25 million Alger Construction shares? Leaves 23.4 million ? ENTI and PTEL were said years ago had suggestions of 25 million and 30 million LOCs... PTEL dealt with COMs and NASA, others. ENTI dealt with IYP a intuitive computer codex aka it thinks...and others.

Elon ...well he bought Twitters 800 million shares. 9% 1st however. DARPA program?

Pure speculation ...something is going on in the AI arena...ECGR looks to be ground floor. ELON ALL OVER FB with some investment deal.
