At least in my case, multiple monitors helps. If you're unsure, try paper trading for a bit. When someone mentions a stock, view their NASDAQ page (Most of what is posted is NAS) and try looking at it's chart. JMO, but don't just try jumping in, unless you have the money to loose. Take a while and observe and figure it out. Again, JMO, but don't go all in on 1 ticker and don't shoot for the moon. Trying reading the lower area of Orion's page, concerning the 20% rule. There's going to be folks on many boards, who talk about huge gains, but smaller steady gains will build your warchest, until you can afford to have losses that don't hurt so much. GLTU
