And if so - is the cause of the shift as to who initiates the mortgage based on need for capital (yes at big banks and no at places like rocket?)
YET we need the capital cushion - or 2008 comes back fast and furious
The question I have is
if Banks (maybe not the TBTF ??? the old savings and loan types?) "sell" off the risk and "sell off the use of money" ---- how does offering and initiating mortgage paper require capital or use it ? Very Serious Question ?
Are you suggesting it is the turnaround cost - fees from F and F etc. --- that makes it hard to make money "revolving" ?
