The problem here is the share structure. 5.5 billion sucks. If I were to reverse merge into this shell, the first thing I would do is wipe out the structure on a r/s and start fresh. If it had under 500 million, it would be different. Why would a company take on that kind of structure? If it does find a candidate, sell on the initial hype because they will r/s. Guaranteed!
