It was drafted to incentivize green hydrogen…it was a climate change initiative…it makes no sense to make green hydrogen with dirty energy…that doesn’t help the climate change issue…and that was whole point of the IRA bill…

Munchkin decided to hold the bill hostage and change the bill into one where dirty West Virginia coal could benefit and in the process, so could he…

Now, the bill is just being changed back to what it’s original intent was…

That is really all that is happening…
