In the company with a placement they were 0.30 , and warrants were at 0.45 .

Yet another lie. I already answered that one in the past, but you keep repeating it.
You suggest in your answer that you got no sweet discount from cytodyn because you obtained warrants that were OTM ("Out of The Money" for option lovers). What you judiciously don't say is that you got these warrants FOR FREE in a sweet package offered to you by Cytodyn - purchase shares, get warrants for free. A warrant, even if OTM, has actual financial value, derived from the future possibility that it will become ITM (In The Money). Just check CBOE or NASDAQ option boards, they are filled with OTM options with huge trade value.

Additionally, during 2+ years when the stock was above 40 cents, such warrants were In The Money, generating huge P&L for you. Explains perfectly why you pumped the stock so hard for so long. Your P&L was x3 to x20! Excepted you didn't reveal to your followers that, contrary to them, you had these sweet warrants. They were blindly buying VERY expensive shares while you were sitting on nearly free warrants.
