I'm honest penny after reading your three posts I came back very pessimistic. And it seems to me that Hamilton is too, you reported it. I didn't remember all these details, basically the sec when it issues the ruling no longer gives way to go back to trading. C says "even by submitting the form (after two years)) it is not certain that the SEC will approve". Therefore
