They are now doing a PP with insiders at the 52 week low after assuring investors in both companies that the merger would be fantastic. Basically 89 cents from March 2023 to a placement with stock and warrants in the 3 dollar area. Hedge fund in NYC does a 2 million raise at 6.36. Wonder how they feel. Mark gets his credit line paid off after doing quite well loaning with a great interest rate.

Honesty and integrity is what they preached. Incompetence and greed should also fit as well. Niocorp might do very well in the future if they raise funding . However Mark Smith will never get back the respect he thought he had with some of us.That will not sit well with him.
