That’s why I said they’re doing the private placement. Because insiders or any other investors they want to have shares at this low price, can now get more. And at the same time raise funds.
I know in most cases it’s not an advantage for the stock, but if those share sell out fast, we will see some good things coming soon. If they don’t sell fast, we may have a long wait on our hands to see price appreciation.
