Still waiting on Marc to get out of shower so he can help. He and Howard told me last night that dinner was sooooo good that I didn't have to cook today, LOL But I'm gonna.

I made chicken fried steak, cube steak, coat with flour, dip in beat up egg, then coat again with my homemade bread crumbs. Let sit in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour so coating doesn't come off when cooking, sprinkled with garlic powder and seasoned salt. Fried in a bit of hot oil in fry pan, mmm mmm sooooooo good.
