yes its all coming to a head. there running out of legal options to draw this out and prolong payment. cafc is the only option left and they will hand down the same verdict or worse because they run their court room the same. the injunctions that can come from germany will cripple them because that isnt a fine they have to pay nlst, but eventually will. that is them being quarentined from selling product in the eu. that is many billions a month they wont recieve. its just checks and balances on how the corporate system works, the cost of doing buisiness. an eu injunction will make them come to their senses cuz now there losing big money from their bottom line !

so starting with the 303 mil scum owes us plus interest and ongoing royalty rates. at the most look at 2 years tops and we will get paid. i base that simply on the amount of time it would take to get through the time period it would take to get through all the procedures and end with the cafc judgement to which there is no appeal. lol !! unless the supreme court can be convinced to hear them. and we know goog already didnt want that. because they lost the 912 to cafc a didnt take it to the supreme court. the validity of the patent 912 as i stated somewhere in one of my posts is now in stone, and cant be overturned or invalidated by anyone. and most importantly can be introduced into any suit they have against anyone who is infringing upon it.

the 912 alone vs goober once they restart that story is worth billions and goes back a decade !! whatever dollar amounts anyone wants to think over these verdicts whether conservitive or over zealous. do yourself a favor, use big numbers !!!

2 years from any federal case we win is my max time line for payment. of course a settlement can come any time before then so there is plenty of hope for money sooner. all depends on how arrogant they want to be.
