not a chance - my 500k shares are "ALL $Paid $For" & now $GREEN
at less than a $BUCK (thanks to cheapies) - ($Even if $Only) .25 or .50 GSE dividend
($Likely $More) will provide $125,000 - $250,000 yearly retirement income
while COMMON shares continue to climb - where can you BUY ANY Common
shares at near equal to their $Dividend ??

i just wanted to say how much i appreciated your thread here CNorris2.
Noted. Thoughts on timing? Biden admin has been talking housing for the first time this past month
with Lael Brainard publicly speaking, promoting Daniel Hornung, Sandra Thompson and Wally Adeyamo meeting with local mayors ---
these sort of sitins based on prior Treasury releases are designed to drive admin action. It's all there black and white.

That is my understanding. What is interesting is that the cbo report — they monetize the face value of the
spspa, not the liquidation preference— in their recap and release scenario.
So in theory continued retained earnings does not materially increase how much the government will be
cashing in on the spspa becauwe they may use face value and not liquidation preference in recap and release vs receivership.

I am not sure how this works out but noticed this this past month reviewing all the numbers in anticipation
of some sort of potential admin action. Diane Yentel was back in the white House yesterday.
Affordable housing is an admin priority. There is a path here. I think we will see shortly if they will intend to use it.

Nah. I want commons to keep drifting higher. Bodes well for potential Biden admin action.

the commons have been soaring in anticipation of Biden admin action ---
or at least the increasing probability thereof --- if you ask me
i've been hearing some positive things over the past 2 years.

Who knows what drives buying and selling interest in the jps or commons
I do not focus much on it. Watching berkowitz thing was kind of just a reminder about how far we have come and how wild this adventure has been

Commons have done well. People who own then and buy them in my view are just financially illiterate— and so they kind of serve as a litmus test for people getting excited about near term admin reform
