From the recent press release: " The Mawson Shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of trading on January 3, 2024, and trading on the TSXV will commence at market open on January 4, 2024, under the symbol "MAW". "

No explanation was given for this downlisting of Mawson shares. Usually it's because the market cap has fallen below TSX listing requirments . It can also be for less rigorous reporting standards for the stock. With the breakup of Mawson into 3 components it may be the market cap for the core MAW component is below reporting standards for TSX. Haven't confirmed that speculation.
