I'll use EXTREMELY conservative numbers here. I won't use .01 or .005 I'll use current price of .001.

2 billion shares diluted into the market. And you know as well as I that these were diluted into the market much higher than the current stock price of .001.

But let's take a look at the current price of .001 what that amount of dilution has been.

2 billion shares X .001 + 2 MILLION dollars. Now even with that very conservative number, where did that 2 million dollars go? You know that the real figure is probably an average of .005 which would be a total of 10 MILLION dollars. Now where did 2-10 million dollars go?

At the current rate VNUE will need to dilute over 1 billion shares this year at the current price just to keep operating:

Of course the lower the price of the stock the MORE they need to dilute to pay the bills.

At 40 million dollars worth of debt.........They need to continue to find funding. And remember what the interest rate is?:

I have had communication with people that have taken a second mortgage to buy OTC stocks because they had faith in the stock. They believed. Then the stock went bankrupt and no longer traded. This happens all to often if the cesspool known as the OTC.

All you find is fraud fraud fraud. And I have a very good write up on VNUE as well. But that is being saved for a special purpose.

There is plenty of fraud right here on this ticker. But faith is a funny thing. It blinds even intelligent people.......
