Per Q2 - 10-Q filing: Effective as of June 30, 2023.
Company entered into a Property Purchase Agreement on April 8, 2023....."which has expired"

And it's definitely for sale as listed here:

Then this as explained in kazi's previous post:

It doesn't matter if other sites still have it listed as not available.
Not re-listing after a company loses hard money from dropping non-refundable deposit(s) is a common courtesy to former prospective buyers.
