The agent for the property updated his own personal listing page
for 2251 Old Curtis Rd, Alabama property.

It doesn't matter if other sites still have it listed as not available.
Not re-listing after a company loses hard money from dropping non-refundable deposit(s).
is a common courtesy to former prospective buyers.

But a page listing that was, very clearly, updated after the Property Purchase Agreement
had expired says all you need to know. And , possibly, a bit more?

Ask yourself why update the listing on July 18, 2023?? ......and offer other prospective buyers to inquire about the price? Maybe because the price is negotiable but not lower than $2.95 mil. That is probably (Kazi believes) the price EPC would be able to match, as part of a carryover period, following expiration date of the Property Purchase Agreement, having a right of first refusal. Kazi believes (not knowing) the company has laid out a significant amount of money to protect/hold onto some right of first refusal.

Nobody will pay 2.95 mil for that dump anyways. In Kazi's opinion, the company is crazy if it's been putting down non-refundable deposits if the transaction doesn't close (due to no fault of the seller). Property for sale since 2016 and nobody will pay close to 2.95 mil for that run down property that looks like it needs a total demolition and rebuild.

Then think about a "site visit" ANNOUNCEMENT, being PROMOTED, possibly 30 or days, before the actual site visit? .....and doesn't include the actual "site" in the same ANNOUNCED/PROMOTED "site visit". How can they even publicly ANNOUNCE/PROMOTE a site visit (legally) as "public company" if the same public company doesn't own the or lease the "site" being promoted? Is the public company using deceptive tactic to entice investors? Looks like it to Kazi. More head game tweets when NOTHING Is happening....with being owned, built, leased, sold and collected.

Just more insanity coming from a very incompetent ring leader of the circus.
