What's the deal with Frank ..aka Alpharidge ...aka opportunity zone...etc? The guy's keeping 50+ shells current but has announced nothing decent coming in for any of them. Is this guy running some sort of scam or waiting for the market to improve? Anyone know what angle he's playing?
