Charts don't work in the OTC. Period. That other chart clown is right like only 30% of the time. Flip a coin and you'd do better than him. Any PR, filing, event or even Tweet can blow up any chart in the OTC due to volatility. The AAPJ constant dilution is not good. I would love to get out even here. but any solid news can change that and that's why charts in the OTC don't work to predict the future, just what has happend.
