Yes, I've been reading up on it now. The scrotus has basically threw it back to the lower circuit court and states. However, should the lower uphold Smith, then the scrotus may take it up right away. It took them just 4 days to rule on Bush, so obviously you are correct about what they are trying to do with ODSP. And that is to help him. No other reason to delay such a ruling. It not only delays for him, it protects him as well. Utter and total bullshit by our own scrotus.
