We are aware of this....

kjv That today they bumped up the O/S 239 million shares or so. However, I am not ready to throw in the towel. The offering price on the Reg-A is at .00064. There were 1.2 billion allocated for issue last summer. We must be getting very close at this juncture. I will dig into this more tomorrow. SS still strong even after the funding. This is why a company goes public to get funding. It looks like they are using the funds wisely here and growing by the financials today. We shall see.

Fundamentals are quite good. Cash in the bank. We will see.
