Smith has to have data of ODSP saying the word 'I'... "I will get lawyers" or something to that effect. Because he has weaseled out with statements such as "we will take care of that" and says, no no I didn't mean me, other people said that and I repeated it... other people will do that.

So one has to be very careful with the wording. ODSP may be truly stupid, ignorant and cruel and criminal, but he has a way with twisting words.
