Generally speaking, one cannot say "all" of something has a specifically characteristic "generally" of the time. So if all OTC companies are crap, that's true "all" of the time, not generally. Author attempting to give an air of even handedness where none exists.

Anyone who states something happens "99% of the time" without offering concrete proof of that number is more likely than not talking out their ass.

Most bearish posters = truth-tellers,
Most truth-tellers = the good guys,
Therefore, bearish posters are good guys.

All OTC companies = crap,
Almost all "pumpers" = scammers
Therefore, all OTC companies & 99% of their supporters are crap.

So, simply put, never (99% of the time) trust anything positive you hear about an OTC company as it is almost certainly a lie.

Do you believe that? I don't. I wouldn't trust the opinions of this person just based upon this sloppy, one-sided post.
