Game time is near! A second AS/OS update this week and more in the prior weeks. Not what a company does that is diluting. Companies that are diluting do their best to delay notification of OS increases. It seems to be quite obvious that he is increasing the OS in support of the end game and wants everyone to think they are on a dilution rampage. Its an old gag for this stock that follows a year of reports of dilution when the stock was actually under heavy accumulation. Now he seems to be using the circumstances of closing a deal to try extra super hard to convince investors that the stock is under massive dilution. It does seem that this ticker is running out of tax sellers. Its a pretty good sign that something of size will happen soon.

Another AS/OS update today on OTC Markets. How interesting. No change (unless there was a change in unrestricted/restricted) I'm going to add that to my spreadsheet for all the stocks that I follow.
It sure is interesting. He wants investors to constantly know the share count. Both when he is diluting and when he is not. Scarcely a week passes without an update to OTC Markets on THBD. It is really wonderful to find a stock with a CEO who is so anxious to keep investors informed about the share structure. Its not like AXIM that increased its AS big time with the Nevada SOS back in August and stopped updating OTC Markets to keep it under the radar. We got incremental updates on the 9,149,950 shares of dilution on a weekly basis. Could also be near and he is disclosing to keep investors primed for the next phase.
