Most stocks Are evaluated by P/S and P/E ratios. OTC averages averages A PS of around 6 to 7 and this includes the less speculative end of the market. Pink's generally trade higher than that often double.

At 3 cents a share that puts their market cap of approximately 40 million. With sales of between 25 to 28 million, That means should be trading no less than 12 cents a share On the conservative side.

A decent PE for for the general market has been running around 25 to 30. That also calculates outTo a conservative 12 cents of share minimum. Of course certain industries have have a much higher PS and PE ratio then other. Dining and beverage industry is A little more than double the average.

So in other words, Even the most conservative evaluations it means This is seriously undervalued. Unfortunately we might have to wait until the OTC in general Starts getting a second look... But I still maintain the ones that will eventually come out on top are the ones that Actually have revenue And show a positive profit as well.

Being a mostly foreign entity Doesn't generally help When trying to get investors to evaluate The companies specifics. This is why I would like to see them focus much more on things like coffee sales and showing actual cafes being set up in the US...then talking about pie in the sky building .projects in Asia.

I also agree with the other posters that it would probably be better if they came up with a completely different name and ticker symbol that more embodies their core business. If investors were able to google ECAFE... They would probably find very few references to "smoke free".

Trying to keep the original ticker symbol for I assume Saving costs on rebranding or logo redesign, Seems cheap and short sided. Of course just pushing harder to get finra to officially change the name would be a nice start.
