As a side note. I’d a never signed off to a settlement agreement without the share certificates in hand in the courtroom at the time of signing. That was like paying for a car and trusting the seller to bring you the title first thing in the morning. But let’s hope this latest letter and what the Judge signed off on is enough to have him have any kind of legal claim to the 25% of Now. What a mess.
