I’ve always wondered if the Gov ran this angle to stop any lawsuits from investors. I’ve said it before , it would be the best way for the Gov to get away with steeling private companies and not paying for them under the 5th.

How does a top law firm getting paid millions $$$ over 10 years bring the wrong case??? These lawyers know the law inside and out !!!
