(I have called this CEO (today) and left a msg. concerning these CD's. Lets see what becomes of this. I suspect nothing if they are scammers)

While CEO of AXXA this CEO allowed a 1 for 5000 reverse split essentially wiping out all portfolios.
Prior to that the previous CEO allowed a 1-3500 reverse split essentially wiping out everyones portfolio.

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 3500 split Pay date=09/16/2014.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 5000 split. Pay date=10/14/2016.
