You live in your mind, there is a history to America, and a constitution, along with laws that have been debated and argued for centuries to decide the question of who gets on the ballot of any state. Each state has had these rules in place for decades. They have been challenged in the courts, voted on and set in place.

Maybe you should understand the actual laws that govern each state, along with the reach of the Federal Government to assure that the citizens of America are not harmed by any one's states trying to circumvent those laws.
