If they are doing that and the share structure has not changed are they really dumping CD's.
When you said you will not let a run occur you were essentially saying you would be manipulating. (and stating you were back in control).
If there is a reason to go after the company complain to someone (as I have done not knowing why this went from .18 to where we are now- something is amiss) but my point is don't do anything illegal such as manipulating stock which is frowned upon. I hope you were not a part of this going from .18 to where we are now.

I very seldom watch this stock. Also you seem to teeter bullish one moment and bearish the next. (back and forth every other day). Which is it!
