Man... I found the CEO & CFO on Linkedin and wrote to them. THIS is what I sent -

Your Reverse Split

Avalo JUST DID a RS in 2022 Your free trading float is ONLY 16 million.
In market terms, that it TINY...almost MICRO-float....and you're proxy is for ANOTHER ONE ???

A. You'll split so far that AVTX will be UN-TRADEABLE, no one will touch it, the stock will not "trend" on ANY chart. It will bouce up and down in WILD swings (chop)...
B. All you need to do right now is cancel the RS to get AVTX "FLYING" with a 16 mill. float.
C. You all just need to COMMUNICATE more with the market via PR's

Biotech and pharma Co.s are notorious for remaining silent about things and developments most of the time and it's a big mistake.

I've been doing this for over 30 years. I know what I'm talking about.

PR the cancellation of the RS, Your common stock holders and traders RAISE the price of AVTX...not the Preferred class holders...
....and Avalo needs to be more visible in the press. Sure a RS will raise the share price....but it will be cutting off your nose to spite your face.
