Again , not quite sure why a "merger" would HAVE to be done on/with a shell that was taken over by Fan , with a Fan held company .
I would like to hear from people that can authenticate Fan .
People that aren't neurotic that is .
Fisty's too twisty to make a clear statement on that .
THAT , and I'm too thick for detailed explainations .
