Sorry I do not look at this purely as a Vegas odds game and what is in it for me.. Yes thats the best case scenario that 9 out of 10 folks will take..I am not discounting that at all. I am arguing that in this sad world, an unfair deal is being promoted.. Warrants being exercised for what ??? I have paid you back..already.. at 10% interest, abnormally execessive than market rate

Just translate this into your personal world scenario

You borrow 100$ from me at a shark loan rate of 10% when everyone else was paying 4% for borrowing money.. You have paid me back 250$ already... And i keep saying you still owe me another 250$ (Which lets say i am ready to forgive).. But I come in and say, i will mark it as paid, but i will come to your house.. take away your tv, xbox and a few furnitures... Your other choice is -- i will keep you as "Loan not paid and bad credit history continuously".. DOes that sound fair enough

This has been debated enough here already.. I look at the whole 15 year saga and you are forward looking. lets patch up and move on is how youare looking, whil e i am looking at, what do you mean patch up after what you have done to me ?
